I offer therapy that honours the whole of who you are—your stories, your body, and the parts of you still finding their voice.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward. Maybe you’ve tried to talk yourself out of your feelings. Maybe you’ve felt like you had to carry it alone. You don’t.

I’m Abbey—person centred, a trauma-informed, somatic counsellor.
